If you have received an SMS message directly from us or from one of our system customers and you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us or them, you can do so by providing the details that we need in the form on this page.
We genuinely do not want you to continue getting SMS messages if you don't want to. It's your legal right to opt-out if you wish and we take your request very seriously.
Because we power the SMS messages for a number of different businesses and organisations, WE NEED TO KNOW WHO YOU GOT THE SMS FROM. The name of the sender should be evident from the Sender ID (the name that appears in your SMS message list) or in the SMS message itself. If there was a clickable link in the SMS then the sender will be evident from the linked page.
Our aim is to activate your Opt-out within 2 business days after receiving your request (quicker if we can) provided that we have all of the accurate information from the form that we need to do so. If there is any ambiguity about your details or the sender of the SMS messages, we may contact you for further clarification before we can activate your opt-out to the correct account.
Our contact details are displayed on this site, so you can contact us directly if you need to, but we need every opt-out request to be firstly submitted via the form on this page, then give us a chance to activate your Opt-out request. Don't just call us - we need the form filled in.
Please check to make sure that the SMS message/s that you want to opt-out of, did actually come from us or one of our customers. We have no ability to opt you out of other systems or lists that we have no control over.
Lastly, if you believe that you have already opted out but you are continuing to receive SMS messages from that same organisation, please let us know. We don't tolerate continued texting to people who have opted out, and we will deal severely with any of our customers who do not adhere to opt-out policies.
